Where can I find a high risk personal loan?

I’m in California and am looking for a lender that can finance a $6-$8,000 personal loan to pay off some debts. I have a decent paying job, and am willing to pay a larger interest rate. I have tried credit.com, AIG, among others suggested on this site. Has anyone found a new lender?
I’ve also tried citifinancial.
